RETURN POLICY
PLEASE READ OUR UPDATED COVID 19 RETURN POLICY
**ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, OR CANCELED AFTER CHECKOUT**
Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us to receive return authorization before returning your order. Items returned without authorization will not be eligible for store credit.
Returned items must be in resalable condition with tags attached. Please carefully fold your merchandise before packaging it for return or exchange. Excessively wrinkled clothing, clothing with stains, soil or pet hair will not be accepted for return. Shoes must be returned in original shoe box inside another box or vinyl mailer.
In the event your returned item is not accepted due to above conditions, the item can be returned to you at your own expense, or your unsalable items will be donated to a non-profit organization.
Note: If items are returned after 14 days, the item is not eligible for store credit. In this event, you have the choice of having the item sent back to you at your expense, or the returned item(s) will be donated to a non-profit organization.
Accessories and Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned for store credit.
A store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 7-12 business days after we receive the returned item

SHIPPING/EXCHANGES/DEFECTS
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
The Pearl Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
The Pearl Boutique is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive the return, and 7-12 business days for our return department to process the store credit.
Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing a new item and then shipping back the returned product. Returned items will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our store within 3 days of receipt of the order to inform us of the issue.
You will be asked to submit pictures of any defect and the item as a whole. Defective merchandise may be fully refunded at the discretion of The Pearl Boutique. Instructions for returning defective merchandise will be sent upon contacting us.
Note: All items are inspected for damage before leaving our store or warehouse. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
